Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at ISABELLA BIKINI (Bodybuilding & Fitness attire)
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. This Return and Refund Policy has been created to clarify the terms of which you are eligible for a partial/full refund and to set the cases of which you are not entitled to any refund.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to ISABELLA BIKINI, Shderot Atmarim 16/b, Ramat-Gan.
Service refers to the Website.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Your Order Cancellation Rights (Ready-to-ship items)
Ready-to-ship items are shipped within 1 business day if We received Your order during Sunday to Thursday before 4pm Israel Local Time.
e.g. Order took place on Sunday 8am will be shipped on Monday at 9am.
Order took place on Sunday 5pm will be shipped on Tuesday at 9am
Orders from Thursday after 4pm will be shipped on next Sunday at 9am (ILT).
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so.
In such case you are eligible for 100% refund.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 24 hours from the date on which You placed the order of the product.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of Your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform Us of Your decision by email:

We will reimburse You no later than 72 hours from the exact time of which We received Your request.
We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for
such reimbursement (except other fees that may be taken by your credit company).
Your Order Cancellation Rights (customized or personalized products)
Customized/personalized items are shipped within 5 business days if We received Your order during
Sunday to Thursday before 4pm Israel Local Time.
e.g. Order took place on Sunday 8am will be shipped on Monday at 9am.
Order took place on Sunday 5pm will be shipped on Sunday at 9am (Israel weekend is from Friday to Sunday).
These items are not in Our regular stock which means We are sewing them specifically for You.
Therefore full cancellation is possible only if We didn't start working on Your suit.
Before We start working – You'll get 100% refund.
Once We started sewing Your suit You'll get 75% refund.
Once We started inlay rhinestones You'll get 50% refund.
Once Your suit is ready You are not eligible to get a refund.
Conditions for Returns
Returns can be made under one condition of which We have, by mistake, sent You a different size/color/product other than what You have requested.
Please note that We take a photo of every package we sent so if Our records match your order details we will not issue you any refund.
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Goods of which their original packaged is damaged or missing.
- Damaged or dirty products.
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery such as men trunks or women bikini bottoms (These products come with removable stickers, if the sticker has been removed the item cannot be returned).
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return
conditions in Our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We
recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual
receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to
themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
